- Location data: Precise GPS location (with your permission) to identify nearby stores and enable delivery. You can disable location access at any time via your device settings.

- Log data: IP address, access timestamps, and error logs for debugging and security purposes.
- Push notification tokens: To send order updates and promotional alerts (you may opt out in device settings).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Social login providers (e.g., Google, Apple) may share your name, email, and profile picture if you choose to sign in that way.
- Google Maps / Places API is used to render maps and autocomplete addresses.

4. Location Data
The App requests access to your device's precise location to find stores near you and to calculate delivery routes. Location data is used in real-time and is not stored beyond the duration of your active session unless you save an address to your profile. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device's application settings; however, some features may become unavailable.
5. Camera Access
The App requests access to your device camera solely to allow you to capture or upload photos — such as a profile picture (user account) or product images (vendor account). Images you capture are used only for the purpose you initiate (e.g., setting a profile photo or listing a product) and are uploaded securely to our servers. We do not access the camera in the background, and no images are shared with third parties except as needed to display them within the App. You can revoke camera permission at any time in your device's application settings; you may still upload photos from your gallery without granting camera access.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. We will process the request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
